 What is a Customer Service Center?

Our Customer Service Center comprises both a fully automated, simple to use, telephone banking solution - using an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system - and a Customer Care Center with live agents. Manage your bank affairs or speak directly to a Credit Libanais agent who will perform your transactions and answer questions about our products and services with a simple phone call made from a touch-tone phone.

Our Customer Care Unit is the Bank's central unit for the reception and handling of all customer feedback and complaints. The Unit manages and channels customer complaints via phone, email and written customer feedback forms placed in branches, as well as conducts daily phone courtesy campaigns to proactively seek customer input.

The telephone banking service is accessible 24 hours/day, 7 days/week whereas Customer Service Agents are available 12 hours/day Monday to Saturday from 08:00 am till 08.00 pm.

General Information about:
  • Credit Libanais products and services
  • Currency exchange rates
  • Changing of Personal Identification Number (PIN)
Account-related Operations:
  • Balance inquiry
  • Transfer of funds
  • Foreign exchange*
  • Account statement 
  • Payment of utilities
  • Order of check books
  • Stop payment of a check  (good for 24 hours only, until you visit a Credit Libanais branch)
  • Standing orders (the automatic carrying out of regularly scheduled transactions)
Credit Card Operations:
  • Balance inquiry
  • Settlement of transactions
  • Reporting of lost/stolen cards
* NOTE : During weekdays, Beirut Foreign Exchange Market prices are available from 09:30 am to 12:50 pm whereas International Market prices are available from 08:00 am to 06:00 pm. Foreign exchange operations will be handled by one of our Agents.
