What is a Customer Service Center?
Our Customer Service Center comprises both a fully automated, simple to use, telephone banking solution - using an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system - and a Customer Care Center with live agents. Manage your bank affairs or speak directly to a Credit Libanais agent who will perform your transactions and answer questions about our products and services with a simple phone call made from a touch-tone phone.

Our Customer Care Unit is the Bank's central unit for the reception and handling of all customer feedback and complaints. The Unit manages and channels customer complaints via phone, email and written customer feedback forms placed in branches, as well as conducts daily phone courtesy campaigns to proactively seek customer input.
